I love Africa. The people, the culture, the landscapes and, of course, the wildlife. I've been lucky enough to visit several parts of the continent, although Kenya is the place I've returned to most often.

What I love most is the unpredictability. You can go looking for Lions and find Leopards, or head out hoping for Cheetah and end up photographing a Hornbill instead. There's always something unexpected around the next bush.

For me, Africa also has a way of slowing everything down. I feel more relaxed there than anywhere else I travel, and that feeling is probably part of why I keep going back.
